Helen Slater, yes that's me!
Mum to teenagers, I've had my fair share of life challenges, from work and relationship challenges, relocation and financial challenges, to being embroiled in the Australian Family Law legal system and subsequently self-representing (all of which I wrote a book about!). I believe in life balance and alignment. I'm a certified life coach with an academic background in psychology. I’m also a blue card holder and a trained foster carer. An avid reader, a keen writer, lover of music and self-confessed coffee lover. Oh, and I'm an Aries, just in case you're interested!

With academic achievements in psychology and coaching, and with over thirty years’ experience in personal development, from training to consulting, coaching to mentoring and my best sellling book, I help people embrace change by empowering them with a positive mindset through focus, knowledge and action whilst bringing inspiration and fun to the process. Why I do I it? So that people realised their goals, around:
